Far Out There

Dude, THIS is how that page with Stilez and Tax SHOULD have turned out. I LOVE the shading on everyone here. Oh, and get a load of that Christmas Tree! That’s no random stock photo swiped off Google, that’s the actual Ladd Family Christmas Tree in all its mood lit glory!

Well, getting everything done was a little hectic, but all in all I really like this year’s batch of Christmas pages. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did! This is the closest thing I get to staging a super-sappy “Far Out There Christmas Special,” and I enjoy every minute of it! I look forward to doing it again next year… and getting started on them SEVERAL MONTHS EARLIER next time.

So, anyway, Far Out There resumes it’s regular updating schedule on Tuesday… or DOES it? There’s still one more holiday coming up in a week’s time, after all…

(Historical Note: Also, I just want to mention that this was back in the ancient, prehistoric, long-forgotten days when people actually had to take pictures with a dedicated, stand-alone device called a “camera.”  I remember it still felt like a big deal when I actually got my hands on a digital camera, and now there’s one built in to my phone that’s a million times nicer than that brick.)
