page 3 – Down In Here
Original note – Feb 14, 2008
Finally, SOME sort of story starts to form. And we actually see a character’s face to boot!
If I may say so, I like how the cluttered bunker turned out. Of course, given what my room looks like, I have no excuse NOT to draw an awesome mess.
This really should also have a “Layla” tag. It is her first appearance after all.
Just in the interest of being nitpicky, of course.
Certainly not because I had nothing else to say…
GAH! There WAS supposed to be a Layla tag here! The first night of this and I’m already missing things!
I think I’ve seen sites where readers could helpfully add additional tags to pages. I’m not sure if that’s good or not. I suppose it depends on the readers.
That’d actually be a really slick idea, if it could be rigged up so that I’d still have to approve everything before anyone else saw it (it sounds too risky to go FULL wiki)
You would probably be a lot less likely to have maliciously tagging readers than most sites on the internet. More like you would have readers who are too helpful and over-tag pages.
So….is the “Exposition” tag used for if it has a lengthy text explanation of the story’s background, or is that for pages in which their starship appears? 😀
…and then there’s a whole debate over what truly constitutes a “Wall of Text” as opposed to just an especially large dialog bubble.
Maybe they’re secretly the same?
In the distant dystopian future, interplanetary wars will be fought over this distinction 😀
