Dang it, I’m dragging things out again. Sorry, but this is another instance where our choices are either several pages that gradually discuss the same thing, or one of those massive walls of text that nobody actually likes to read. At least this way, we actually get PICTURES to look at.

Speaking of which, I got a stupidly late start on this page that resulted in a weird time-saving maneuver. For the later two-thirds of this page, I actually went ahead and inked the rough draft instead of drawing the whole thing over again. I DID have redraw the first panel, though, meaning that this page was cobbled together out of two separate pages worth of art. Somehow, I don’t think that really made things all THAT much simpler.

(Historical Notes: There’s too many colors going on in this page, but nevertheless I like how Skye’s red hat pops against all the blue and purple.  Now if only that nice visual quirk actually had some kind of story significance…)
