(Historical Notes: I would be very surprised if the original commentary for this page didn’t involve some form of “Because, obviously, I TOTALLY know about being cool” at some point.  Assuming Past Me didn’t spend three paragraphs complaining about the Voting Incentive being late or having a cold again.  Also, the fact that one of the characters is wearing a facemask will really stick out to people for the next year or so.  I was just looking for random pieces of Japanese street fashion to throw together in a deliberately tacky fashion… then got bored and blatantly drew a caricature of Mike Score as the other guy.)
