Happy Splousche of July (2024)
Heeeeeeey, guess who forgot that America has a holiday this Friday? Well, not me, kinda, sorta; but in all the personal chaos over the past few weeks (I’m currently writing this in a room with a busted air conditioner that’s taking WAY longer than expected to fix) I sort of lost track of the fact that I was planning an extra comic for today. Which was a problem since I was ALSO supposed to do a new TWC Voting Incentive. I got started drawing both, but, well, see my note earlier about the air conditioner. It eventually sank in that I needed to get ONE thing done, then get away from the computer to a cooler side of the house again. So, sadly, no new Voting Incentive this week. But hey, at least ya’ll got SOME kind of extra content today, right? …yeah, I know. Fingers crossed that things will ACTUALLY be back to normal next week.

Happy Splou(c)he Day – so did Ichabod spell it wrong, or did the book about the holiday spell it wrong? Or perhaps the explosions were part of the Kolphey Bloc’s decades long civil war over the correct spelling of Splou(c)he?
Most likely that SOMEBODY who was designing the cover for the book had to re-write the text at the last minute and didn’t realize one of the consonants had vanished in the re-written version until well after publishing the comic GAH I MEAN BOOK.
