page 1180 – a solid argument
FINALLY! Sorry about the delay, gang, I got hit with this summer cold that’s been going around at pretty much the single most inconvenient point possible, and it kinda sorta threw everything off track this weekend. But hey, this page still TECHNICALLY made it up on update day! I thought about doing the whole “post the lineart version first, then put the finished one up later” maneuver again, but this is another page that went through a more drastic editing process than usual, so it wouldn’t really have worked. Speaking of which, here’s a fun game for you to play: see if you can figure out where that little insert of Tarkus is originally from, cos you can be sure it wasn’t part of the art I actually drew for this page!
One thing that WASN’T late is the new TWC Voting Incentive, which really did go up Sunday night but I couldn’t get around to telling anybody about it. And you can rest assured that this latest incentive resolves absolutely EVERYTHING and leaves NO unanswered questions whatsoever!
Ah, so Avi was alone in his accusation. Good for you, Trigger (and Alphonse). And Avi’s explanation can be translated into “I have personal issues with not being the cutest anywhere I am, because family”. He really needs to see a good therapist about that. One that will neither take advantage of the therapy sessions, his parents, or automatically side with his family. …which probably means that there’s about two therapists in the FOT Universe that he might be able to go to, if we’re lucky. And I do mean universe wide. I would NOT be surprised if they’re overworked, and part of the resident therapists for the Nitpicking Guild, too.
@ Incentive: That’s about what I, at least, expected, to be honest. And I’m fairly certain that someone brought up that possibility up.
Oh yeah, somebody definitely stumbled onto the general idea of what we see in the incentive, though I had to play so coy about it, I’ve forgotten who it actually was. HOWEVER, rest assured there’s a lot more to learn than this one Voting Incentive set will get around to revealing.
As for Avi… yeah, this child has issues.
