@ Comic: Surprisingly enough, it’s more like teenage girls are attaching themselves to each other, and one of them has, admittedly while being irritated about the fact, attached herself to Ichabod for sustenance and protection.
Oh crap, I meant to plug that a second time on this page too, and totally forgot! That’s why I’ve had to avoid re-posting more than ten pages in a row: all the details start blurring together and I forget what I’m doing REAL fast.
EDIT: Also, the shippers already have enough ammunition without mentioning teenage girls attaching themselves to each other.
Okay, I finally caught up to the current page, I think, and I tried to load it into my RSS reader. An entry gets created stating the error “Invalid XML” and no entries are loaded. I tried testing the RSS feed file specified by your site at WC3 Validation Service ( https://validator.w3.org/feed/ ) and it says it can’t find a feed. I looked at the source of https://faroutthere.com/ and the RSS line shows it creating the file over top of the site file … which won’t happen. You need to change the 11th line of the site html to get the RSS feed file to create … I think. YMMV.
Edit: I just tried the Comments RSS and it works fine. :-/
Thanks for the heads up. It looks like this is a known problem with ComicPress and there are preexisting fixes out there… which are all WAAAY over my head. I don’t really know much about RSS stuff (the site theme is SUPPOSED to be handling it for me), so I’m gonna need do a lot more research into what I’m doing before I start messing with the site code. Again, though, thanks for the alert!
