Far Out There

To the surprise of… maybe two or three sheep herders in Central Asia who’ve not only never heard of me but webcomics in general, the upcoming Conventional Wisdom update is kicking my butt. I debated pushing the second update of this week back to Saturday, for fear that I wouldn’t be able to get a second page finished on time while doing so much else. But NO! I said, making a really determined pose, Doing two day-late pages in a row just wasn’t an option, I HAD to get a page up on Friday!

…and as it turns out, I couldn’t quite get a new page finished on time after all. I’m, well, about to pass out, so I figured I’d go ahead and slap some text on this while I still remember how to type. I’ll have the final version up as soon as I’ve gotten a bit of sleep.

Sadly, though, I won’t be getting another Voting Incentive up today. There’s just too much other stuff to get done over the next couple of days for me to add that to the mix. If nothing else, though, the delay on Tuesday’s page means that SOME of you might not have seen the old one yet, so here’s your chance!

EDIT: Okay, not only is it colored in, but I kinda sorta forgot to include Bridget in the background AGAIN first time around. Thankfully, I was able to slip her in her proper place this time. (I’m gonna have to do something nice for the kid to make up for all this disrespect)

(Historical Notes: Another page where I couldn’t do QUITE as much as I’d have liked; I wanted to fix up Stilez’s pose more, but there’s only so much I could change without noticeably disrupting the background.  I swear, I’m gonna have a phobia of gradients by the time these re-edits are finally done.)
