GASP! It’s Skye! Skye’s actually in the comic again! Like, a real, non-holiday comic! With lines and everything! What a twist!

Funny that I’m scrambling to get a page involving a bunch of people crammed into a space microbus the night before I hit the road. Hopefully our car won’t end up QUITE as messy (though I’ve been on van rides to conventions that ended up looking pretty close to this) …In retrospect, if probably would have been a good idea to include an establishing shot of the space microbus from the outside. You know, since we’ve only seen it in the background a few times several years ago, and there’s no reason anyone other than me would still remember that’s what Space Jesus Freaks travel in (For all a new reader knows, these people are hiding in a grungy underground bunker) On the other hand, the humor of this page kind of relies on a sudden, abrupt cut. Squeezing in an extra panel would have wrecked the timing. Also, the more I think about it, that microbus with rockets is a LOT smaller than any of the other spaceships in this comic. Probably too small for all the people and equipment we’ve seen so far, too. Maybe it’s for the best that I don’t draw attention to this fact (now that I’ve written an entire paragraph about it)

Speaking of which, usually my hitting the road for a few days means there’s not going to be a new Voting Incentive. WELL SCREW THAT, SUCKA!!! That’s right! Shiny new Voting Incentive!
