Far Out There

You know what? Tabitha’s been a bit too… “together” in this story. Everybody else is getting annoyed and frightened and aggravated all over the place, and Tabitha’s just sitting there smiling and in control. TIME TO PUT A STOP TO THAT! Yep, they may love each other, but Tabitha’s Dad clearly know how to get on his little girl’s nerves. (and did I just open the floodgates for Tabitha-related shipping speculation? Oops!)

I must confess, though, I’m slightly annoyed that I’d been planning to thow in a reference to the Voynich manuscript for AGES now, but I only manage to get around to it right after Sandra & Woo did a far, far better reference. Poo.

Anyway, by the time you read this, I’ll be up in DC for Intervention, which means there’s no new Voting Incentive today (though the Incentive Gallery is all updated, so now’s a perfect time to get caught up on everything!) I wasn’t able to get Tuesday’s comic finished before I left, which means I’ll have to do it when I get back- while also working on Conventional Wisdom stuff- and THAT means we may not have a new incentive until Friday. There’s always hope, though, so stay tuned!

(Historical Notes: OOOoooh, I should NOT have mentioned shipping, people reeeaaally jumped onto that one… and this was BEFORE all the Layla shipteasing started, too.  That said, I really do enjoy seeing Tabitha and her Dad bouncing off each other.  Probably the one thing I regret about having her and the kids visiting the ship is how it prohibits more Dr. Caligari appearances.)
