Far Out There

Blech, yet another really late night. Well, it’s not MY fault this time, all work. Thus, I probably shouldn’t be trying to say words at the moment that’s not snoring.

…well, except for pointing out how much I over-thought how do do that middle panel. Remember, unlike Layla’s Dad, we’ve actually seen Mom’s face on several occasions. Thus, is just felt weird to give her the same blank face treatment… but it also seemed weird to up and break from the style of the previous flashback. So, I split the difference (and gave her a slightly different hairstyle, ‘cos that’s how we indicate the passage of time around here) Okay, there. No more words…
