Hmmm… I can’t decide if I like how the crazy blue fire whatever turned out ‘cos, honestly, I had no idea what I was going for in the first place. I just new there had to be SOMETHING weird going on once they got in here.

Speaking of which, I almost did an extra page of everyone crawling through the ducts and dealing with the fact that “sub-basement” implies “going straight down at some point.” Decent physical comedy potential there, but I just couldn’t stomach putting off the next major plot point any longer than necessary.

Speaking of which, I just recently re-discovered the scrap of paper on which I first hashed out the plot for this whole mad scientist plot. I wrote it while at work… at a job I quit A YEAR AGO. Geez Louise, I need to learn to write faster…

(Historical Notes: Dude, I’ve got rough outlines of future plots laying around here that you’d need to carbon date to figure out how old they actually are.  If nothing else, it’s comforting to know I’ll never need to worry about Far Out There running out of material in my lifetime.)
