page 1471 – Very Large Skyscrapers
Trigger has complained about this exact same issue, ya know.
But seriously, I am VERY surprised at just how much of an artistic challenge it’s proven to convincingly express a proper sense of cramped claustrophobia in these recent pages. I’ll be just as relieved as Marshal when everybody disembarks.
Anyway, page 1472 is already half-way though editing as I post this! Huzzah!

You didn’t have Layla’s chest pressed right up against both Trigger and Marshall. So I have to say that you failed to make it as cramped as you should have.
Also, we now know a part of Marshall’s type, and they have skyscrapers.
A suspiciously-minded person might suspect that shipper Tabitha planned this exact situation all along when she designed the cramped ship for only 2, knowing Layla would insist on “supervising”.
While page 1426 clearly demonstrates that she’d be a fan of the idea, virtually every other page Tabitha’s been in suggests that she’s incapable of thinking that far ahead. (Or, at the very least, not in a way that actually works out this well)
Not consciously, of course, but her brilliant subconscious shipping mind planned it! She seems like the sort to do brilliant things unintentionally without realizing it at the time – Just like last week’s gag that past-Blitz set up decades in advance! Only after it happens will she realize her own (subconscious) brilliance! Genius is like that 😉
Ugh. Mayonnaise. I suppose at least if it’s being used as an inertial dampener no one will eat have to eat it.
