Because, just in case you forgot, Ichabod’s quarters has a bunch of bookshelves. And also sweet, innocent Trigger also thinks pulling pranks on people is really funny. This comic has lots of important continuity.
I wish I had more to say, but I was at one last convention for this summer during the weekend, and I kinda sorta forgot to go ahead and get this page done in advance. So I’m… slightly worn out right now. But the good news for you Far Out There readers is that this is the last time ALL YEAR that Conventional Wisdom will get in the way of this comic! I’m so excited about this, I’m gonna go lay down for a long time!

I started to write another “bites tongue to avoid spoilers” thing, but the I realized that, at the rate Far Out There’s story actually progresses, by the time the relevant stuff actually happened, we’d all have long since forgotten anything I might have said back here.
Honestly, even if you returned to the 3 pages a week schedule, by the time this arc finishes everyone involved would likely have forgotten anything said here, unless given reason to remember later on.
Minor typo: in panel 1, “downon” should be split into two words, right?
Well, this is embarrassing. I fixed it… then re-loaded, like, four times without getting the new version to show up… only for the problem to be entirely on MY end, because my browser still had the old version saved in the cache.
