Far Out There

…what, you were expecting more of Bridget and Alphonse? Why would you expect THAT? They were only on the cover of a story that’s NAMED after them, after all. (But hey, if these two are present, that means some OTHER popular supporting characters will be turning up shortly)

Actually, though, I really like idea of a place like this. I only dream it up because I needed a device to set up the ACTUAL story, but I’m finding myself more and more interested in the kinds of stories one might be able to tell in such a setting…

(Historical Notes: Augusta Hector really is one of those characters who pretty much entirely happened by accident.  It’s both highly gratifying and deeply frustrating when characters like that turn out better than the ones I deliberately spend ages working on.)
