It took some jiggery-pokery to reproduce, since the original probably got thrown away years ago, but that “just for kids/youth restricted viewing” label paradox actually existed on my old local Blockbuster’s copy of Clash of the Bionoids. (To be fair, “Just For Kids” was the name of the company, not technically a recommendation, but it still looked hilarious)

(Historical Notes: Just as an additional funny detail, I actually HAVE a copy of Clash of the Bionoids on VHS… but it’s so messy and beat up that I couldn’t use it for anything other than ripping the Just For Kids logo off to paste over a completely different box.)
