Since I’m queuing these pages up well in advance, I have no idea if the previous page might have provoked any debate over Layla’s Naughty List status. If so, though, we now have Mooney to provide some context on what that “naughty grade” might mean. Feel free to adjust your speculation accordingly.
Also, I think this is technically the first appearance of Mooney outside of The Killer Station of Deadly Doom in a “real” comic… since I really have no idea how to count that one weird filler page.
