Far Out There

It obviously can’t be abused too often, but a lot of writers forget how perfectly acceptable “Oh right, I just forgot” as an explanation for why characters do things when they theoretically should know better.  You can’t say it’s not realistic.  Half the time, “I just forgot” is how the writer got into that situation in the first place.  (for the rector, that’s actually NOT what happened here.  If anything, I deliberately set this situation up just because it provided more opportunities to do a funny).

Anyway, as I write this, it’s around 4:30 Monday morning.  If all goes well, then by the time you all actually read this, I’ll already be pretty close to queuing up Friday’s page.  Keep crossing those fingers and let’s see if I can successfully get a page buffer built up to cover that trip to Otakon next weekend!

EDIT: I’m tacking this on at around 8:30 Tuesday morning, entirely so I can brag that I just now got page 1452 finished and queued up.  That is an absolutely INSANE burst of productivity, and now I need to sleep for a long time.
