page 1373 – They Have Lots of Practice Making That Face
HEEEEEEEEEEEY, did you see that I posted a special holiday page instead of a new TWC Voting Incentive last Friday? Quite possibly not, because it sure caught ME by surprise. But I’m preeeeeeeeetty sure this week will be straightforward enough for me to not have to do anything unexpected again… unless, ya know, I suddenly have another relative die on me.
But the good thing, in case you missed me mentioning it earlier, is that I wasn’t the one doing the driving during my excursions the other week. I was able to get a LOT of rough draft stuff sketched out while on the road, and that should really make getting stuff done in a timely manner a lot easier. So, yeah, HOPEFULLY there’ll be a new Voting Incentive on Friday like normal (I’m actually supposed to be wrapping the current series up pretty sure, if I can ever go more than a week or two at a time without having to skip a Friday)
EDIT: NEW TWC VOTING INCENTIVE IS UP! Has some semblance of normalcy finally returned?

Ooh Lemon Soaked Paper Napkins! Good, those will prevent long layovers.
There’s probably a meta-joke to be made here about how long it takes any plot threads in Far Out There to actually wrap up…
What? It’s just two adorable little girls and one of the girls’ adorable pet kitten. What could there possibly be here to be afraid of? I guess Avatar could be considered a bit odd looking, but it’s kinda mean to be afraid of her just for that!
You never know, Hiro might believe that boxes of bandages are secretly alive but usually sleeping. He’s probably been tricked into believing weirder things. It doesn’t seem like it’d be that hard.
If that kid develops a phobia of bandages he’s in trouble!
(Or maybe being so frequently covered in them has caused his bandageophobia…it’s obvious the bandages are out to get him!!)
I would be surprised that Avatar isn’t stopping him, nor that Tax isn’t waking up Stilez for her own amusement, but I read the cover of that box. Hiro is 100% the kid who needs extra bandages at all times, and Avatar isn’t going to stop him from getting them. Tax, meanwhile, probably foresees that the situation would become LESS fun if she actually awakens Stilez, regardless of the truth of her intelligence, capabilities of perceiving the time stream, or any other imperceptible weirdness about her.
