page 958 – Exit, pursued by a catgirl
One day Stilez will go back to being a character who’s not always nearby. Then I’ll have to start think of graceful ways of naturally drawing scenes to a close again. However, today is not that day.
So, this is twice in a row where a day of genuine productivity with the Conventional Wisdom stuff was followed by a severe delay for Far Out There. I need to stop spending all my Art Points when I won’t have a chance to refill them before the big boss battle. Still, at least I didn’t have to post a half-done page this time. AND the new Voting Incentive went up on time, so it’s a general improvement over Tuesday.
(Historical Notes: Okay, so the Voting Incentive on this one featured Claire, which provoked some discussion on the spelling off her name. There have been multiple moments where I’ve slipped between “Claire with an I” and “Clare without an I,” so Past Me decided to officially settle the matter… AND PAST ME GOT IT WRONG. My response in the comments was that it’s officially supposed to be “Clare” and the repeated instances of using an I were a mistake, but that’s not true. I originally got the idea for her name from actress Claire Danes… WHO SPELLS IT WITH AN “I”.)
