Far Out There

Well, THIS was a self-inflicted trainwreck. I mentioned earlier how annoyed I was over the past two pages obscuring the fact that Tabitha has a new outfit on. I wanted to go ahead and establish stuff like this now, so that it wouldn’t be a distraction later (and so that people wouldn’t think it was a continuity gaffe) Plus, there’s just something about a shirt that simply says “BRAIN” that amuses me. SOOOoooo, to avoid things getting in the way again, I spontaneously decided to change the layout of this page and have Tabitha front and center… which SOMEHOW kicked off a series of artist problem dominoes that resulted in me starting the whole page over from scratch. At 3am. Honestly, given the late-night (re)start time, it’s kind of impressive how much I was able to get done. But, alas, even the most powerful of energy drinks can only keep me running for so long, and I can feel it wearing off as I write this. As I’m rapidly approaching “making stupid mistakes” levels of fatigue, I figured I’d better go ahead and slap some text onto what I already had, then go get some sleep before I break something. So enjoy the two-thirds-finished version now, and check back later tonight for the final draft. Sorry!
