(Historical Notes: AND THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS. I’m not sure when the thought first occurred to me to make Layla the defender of all adorable little boys, because it definitely wasn’t a part of her character when the comic started, but this is where it first showed up on the page. And she’s never heard the end of it since.)
I’ve been wondering about this. Do the little zombie kids stink?
Naw, the term “zombie” is technically not that accurate in their case. “Reanimated,” maybe, but they aren’t in any state of decay, so no rotty stink.
They DO have a conspicuously low body temperature, though.
