Far Out There

Dude, this took a LOT longer than usual to draw, and I still wish I’d had time to do an extra draft (I would have preferred a more dynamic “LUNGING” hoard than the advancing mob scene here) Still, this was a really fun page to work on. Looking back, the rampaging robots seemed to get less and less interesting the more I drew them, so I wanted their big re-entrance to look EXTRA unique. CUE CAMEOS! About two-thirds of the robots in this page are from other sources. I WAS gonna list them all, but I want to see how many of them you guys can identify. 😀

By the way, one of the reasons this page took a while to finish was because I decided at the last minute to do a special Labor Day page for yesterday… last minute enough that I totally failed to mention it in Friday’s update. But yeah, an extra page went up Monday, so you might wanna go check it out.

…and that brings up another point: you know those voting incentives I always talk about at this point? I, um, kind of forgot to do one this weekend. I’ll get to work on one as soon as I finish typing this message, though, so a little patience would be much appreciated.

EDIT: Okay, not only is the incentive up, but it may be my favorite one ever. It’s just a pencil sketch, but the cuteness is almost overpowering! So, go vote and check it out!!!
