page 18 – Trigger’s Angst

Wow. The kid gets pretty darned eloquent all of a sudden, doesn’t he? Nothing like confusion and discouragement to bring out the adolescent poet in all of us.
Just think of this page as my atonement for the weirdness of Page 16’s layout.
(Historical Note: Trigger saying really, really un-Trigger-like things is really weird, but otherwise this is the first page I’m still pretty pleased with)
re: Trigger saying un-Triggerlike things – I assume this was part of his infiltration training that just took over out of habit. “How to Emotionally Manipulate Your Way into Highly Secure Facilities 101″….or something like that.
Oh man, that’d actually be really funny. Like, if he said some really articulate and insightful thing just because he was conditioned to, but had no idea what any of it actually meant. I need to remember that for later!
