And in the bottom panel’s right, after I somehow managed to forget she’d even been submitted for MONTHS, is Mune Kitian from Millennium by Senshuu

And now, some sad news. After… wow, more than two months, the Far Out There Cameo Fest is finally drawing to a close. For one thing, we’ve pretty much run out of submitted characters, but I’d need to wrap it up about now even if there WAS some left. The plot’s starting to get complicated enough that I just don’t have the spare brain cells to make sure there’s room for cameos in every page. Still, it sure was fun, wasn’t it? We’ll have to do this again some time.

Oh, and while we’re on the subject of cameos, to Trigger’s right on the bottom is The Nostalgia Critic (aka That Guy with the Glasses) and to HIS right is Lina Inverse from Slayers.
