Far Out There

(Historical Notes: I’ve mentioned this elsewhere, but Aunt Domino was actually created around the same time as all those other Nitpickers we wound up seeing in the 2020 Christmas comics.  After doing so many character soundtracks for Patreon, I’d decided to try an experiment and invert the process, creating a soundtrack playlist FIRST then drawing up the character that music made me think of.  Honestly, it worked out really well, and I might actually do that more in the future.  The other thing, obviously, is that I wanted to have a backlog of already-created Nitpicker characters so that I wouldn’t have to drop everything and make somebody up from scratch every time one of Ichabod’s flashbacks required showing somebody other than the same four or five characters we’d already seen.  It IS supposed to be a fairly large organization, after all.  They were SUPPOSED to get introduced one at a Aunt Domino did here, but plans obviously got a bit screwed up and I wound up revealing the whole gang all at once.  Oh well, it gave me something extra to look forward to over Christmas!)
