Far Out There

So, bad news out of the way right off the bat: there’s no new TWC Voting Incentive today. Sorry, but I spent all of yesterday getting a big ol’ chunk of Conventional Wisdom comics posted, so that was just one thing too many to do in one day. It’ll be up tomorrow, though.

And speaking of tomorrow, December starts on Saturday! You know what THAT means: TWENTY-FIVE DAYS OF HOLIDAY COMICS! …because, you know, when I’ve been struggling all year to stay on schedule with things, clearly the answer is to do EVEN MORE STUFF. Thankfully, though, I learned my lesson from last year’s craziness and have made sure this year’s material will be a LOT easier to get done in a more timely manner… I hope. I guess we’ll see!

And speaking of tomorrow and Top WebComics, a new month also means the TWC Bonus Incentives will be resetting on the 1st, so I’m gonna swap all the current incentives out for some Far Out There holiday greatest hits. And since it usually takes the other comics a day or two to reinstate their incentives, you could vote your way through all the incentives and see what all I picked in just a few minutes if you do it early Saturday morning! HINT HINT!

Oh, and I guess now we know what the real lyrics are to that song Stilez was trying to sing!

(Historical Notes: I mentioned before that I forgot the original “right” lyrics and had to reconstruct them out of the “wrong” ones in the older comic.  More interesting, though, is this reader comment that I’m just gonna re-post here in its entirety:

“Ooooh, that mean ol’ Superintendent Grouchsplainer! she’s always trying to get Principal Baby fired just because she has some stuffy old-fashioned idea that babies shouldn’t be in charge of schools or some such nonsense. Fortunately, despite their differences, the kids always pull together in the end and come up with some wacky zany plan that (even though it never works as planned) somehow manages to save his job…until next time.”

…yeah, sounds about right to me.)
