Far Out There

Okay, so since this page focuses entirely on Astrid’s entrance, I don’t think it’s much of a spoiler to say that tomorrow’s page is Skye’s entrance. Originally, I broke those up to separate pages since, ya know, it’s the main event. The entrances are supposed to be that much bigger and better than everybody else’s, and giving the moments room to breathe seemed to accomplish that. But then I almost lumped them together anyway to free up a page to do something else in a day or two… only to go and fall behind schedule AGAIN yesterday, so I had to leave them broken up because a two-panel page would be a lot faster to finish than a four-or-five-panel page. Yeah, between trying to finish up Patreon stuff and actually getting my Christmas shopping done (which I actually still have to head out and do again today) I needed to do something, ANYTHING to give myself a little more breathing room, and this was it.

Well, that and one other thing: I’m afraid there’s no new Voting Incentive today. I know, I’m sorry. I wanted to, I was gonna draw one once I got back home yesterday, but I basically passed out the second I was through the door. Between that and the Patreon stuff and actually getting THIS page finished, a new Incentive was just one thing too many. I THINK I’ll be able to get one up tomorrow, though, so keep an eye out in the comments for updates. Sorry again!

(Historical Notes: WOW that stage looks terrible.  I mean, I totally get why I didn’t take the time to try and do a convincing stage that was only gonna show up once, especially with how tired I was by this point, but still.  WOW.)
