Christmas in the Far Out There Universe – page 16
Not gonna lie, I would totally put lava lamp decorations on my tree, fire hazard or no. It’d be like an extra elaborate version of bubble lights. Have you ever seen bubble lights? My grandmother used to have them among her many VERY old-fashioned Christmas decorations, and I always thought they were really awesome. Kind of clunky and awkward, which is probably why they fell out of popularity, but I still think they’re pretty neat.
…not a whole lot else to say at this point, mainly because I only just got back from my brother’s graduation ceremony and never got around to posting the next batch of pages before I left. So, HUGE scramble to get stuff posted and regain at least a LITTLE BIT of a page buffer.
Speaking of which, Voting Incentive… Um, I THINK there’ll be one? I mean, by the time most of you get around to seeing this, I THINK I’ll have had time to get a fresh one drawn and posted. But it’s not done as I write this, so there’s always the chance that it won’t be up yet when this page goes live. So, if you vote and nothing new is up, just check back again in a few hours. EVENTUALLY there’ll be a new Incentive today.
(Historical Notes: Well THIS was a uniquely frustrating one. It’s been a while since I had to deal with a page that was just straight up missing, but it looks like Past Me accidentally saved over the master file for this page with a later one. That’s just the sort of stupid thing that happens when I try to do too many pages in one blast. And of COURSE it’d have to be a especially color-heavy page, meaning there’d be the maximum possible artifact on the copy I ripped off SmackJeeves. Then again, I do think the clean-up effort on this one went a lot better than my previous attempts. This bodes well for the inevitable moment when I go back and RE-re-post those early pages that I threw up before I realized how badly SJ had compressed everything.)
