An Avatar Christmas – page 6
I’m not sure why Avatar got a different snowman costume than Bridget and Alphonse did back in page three. Tabitha works in mysterious ways.
Anyway, yet another free Christmas blog goes up on Patreon today!
EDIT: …and speaking of stuff going up, there’s also some new Conventional Wisdom stuff up on Patreon as I write this, AND a new regular CW comic on the main site later today. Look at me actually getting stuff accomplished when Far Out There is already taken care of for once! Also, fun tidbit about all that trouble I had with the store for Tabitha’s Christmas shirt: I finally found out what got the design flagged as a copyright violation, and it turns out that it wasn’t anything to do with the image at all. The NAME looked too close to a news story about a tree in Steven King’s yard. Seriously.
I love how she gets more and more into it
Is she more into it? Her mouth makes her look like she’s five seconds from screaming. Though, that could just be because of the pipe in her mouth, and her reasonable fear of ingesting anything.
I meant it to be a genuine smile, though with the way the headpiece forces her hair down over her eyes, I can see how it could change the emotion coming across.
It’s more how much of her mouth is open, and where her teeth are. It looks to me like she’s baring her teeth to the world instead of smiling.
While there is what I consider to be a hint of a smile, it’s equally close to being a forced “smile” over being natural.
