page 697 – I forgot to title this page
So…. after all that scrambling to get extra pages done before Ichibancon, thus insuring I’d have extra time to focus on Conventional Wisdom… I still don’t have the Conventional Wisdom comics done, so this page ended up being both late AND a rush job. Many apologies.
Also, before anyone else points it out, Layla clearly didn’t recognize Stilez the first time they met, so she really shouldn’t be judging anyone.
OH! And new Voting Incentive! Yes, I somehow DID get a new one done amid all this!
Layla finds it easy to forget her own faults.
But more to the point, Stilez wasn’t actively breaking stuff when Layla first encountered her, so a bit more understandable.
—Did you forget to copy over the title text for this one? I assume it had some originally.
Actually, I FORGOT a title originally, somebody pointed it out in the comments, and apparently this was all I could think of at the time. Far be it from me to hide Past Me’s mistakes!
…oh wait, you mean the alt text. Yeah, I DID forget. Well, that’s ironic.
Also, there’s nothing outright incriminating about the possibility that Layla didn’t know who Stilez is on that linked page, just that she was more than willing to incriminate Frank. After all, Stilez can be known as a Catgirl Shaped Personification of Entropy, while it has been established that Genetic Modifications not only exist, but are commonplace, and so Catgirls, while not really seen in comic outside of Stilez, aren’t necessarily uncommon in the galaxy at large. To the point where people who want to stand out to the Media choose Bug-like Features over Cat/Dog-like features.
I mean, there are a number of very dangerous people I wouldn’t recognize on the street. Once they start tearing killer robots apart with their bare hands for fun, I really lose interest in being introduced.
