PROJECTILE HUG!!!

But enough about that, IMPORTANT NEWS! After careful deliberation (well, not THAT careful) I’ve decided that FAR OUT THERE IS SWITCHING TO A MONDAY-WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY SCHEDULE FOR THE REST OF NOVEMBER! That’s right, I’m talking about THREE pages a week instead of two! This way, the current arc will be nice and wrapped up (or at least at a convenient pausing point) before we break for the Christmas pages. WHAT’S MORE, it means that the first page AFTER the Christmas stuff will be PAGE 600!!! WAHOOO!!!

Now, before you ask, I DON’T expect this to be a permanent change. One of the reasons I’m willing to try this right now is because I don’t really have anything else going on to distract me from working on gobs of pages. Come January, however, I’ll be back to stressing out over conventions and whatnot (two back to back right after New Year’s) But in the meantime, remember to tune in MONDAY for the next new page!

Also, Monday will be when I’ll have decided on whether or not the Voting Incentive schedule will change or not. I MIGHT keep those to twice a week, to make things just a little easier. But then, Incentives don’t take as long as regular comics, so maybe it wouldn’t matter. I dunno, check back Monday. ‘Till then, Vote and see a variation on a familiar theme.

(Historical Notes: It ASTOUNDS me now that I would ever actually INCREASE the number of updates, especially right on the verge of such a big project as the Christmas rush.  It DOES explain a few things, though.  I’d totally forgotten this was a thing before reading these notes again just now, but I HAD noticed that the next batch of comics needed a LOT more re-editing than usual.  I couldn’t figure out why everything got so awkward and sloppy all of a sudden, but now I’m actually kind of amazed that the pages turned out as relatively-alright as they DID.)
