Far Out There

Okay everybody, all together on “3.” 1… 2… 3:

AAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!

It’s gotten increasingly difficult to work flashbacks like this into the “real” plots of Far Out There, which is a shame since Tiny Trigger and Lil’ Layla are too cute for words.

On the other hand, fewer flashbacks to here mean fewer opportunities to see that I’m incapable of drawing Trigger’s bunker the same way twice. (Heck, I even forgot the nanny-bots this time)

Oh, and in case you were wondering, that’s Layla’s Dad playing Santa up there.

(Historical Notes: This is technically Eric’s first appearance in the comic, isn’t it?  Note also Layla sleeping soundly, which takes on a whole new significance given later revelations…)
